Design concepts are for up to six one-bedroom units. The building's size will be contextually appropriate to other houses in the neighborhood, and we will maintain setbacks and provide adequate parking.

We look forward to sharing the designs with the community and obtaining local approvals in 2009 for a 2010 construction start date.
