Renovations Complete
We’re excited to announce that our team has recently completed renovations on the last apartment of our four unit building in Roxbury, and now four families are settled into all of the units. It’s a happy day for these families and for all of us here at HSI!
Many thanks to those who have contributed to this project –
• The Reinvestment Fund, who partnered with us by providing a low interest loan,
• United Way of Morris County, which provided funding at a leadership level early in the project, and
• The Town of Roxbury, which designated this property in their affordable housing plan and have earmarked monies from their developers’ fee trust fund for this project.
