Amazing news — two generous donors have presented HSI with a combined $500k challenge grant! It began in mid-November 2006 , now we have until June 2007 to raise $500k towards our Capital Campaign, and when we do, these supporters will donate an additional $500k to the campaign.
As of December 8, we are more than halfway to achieving our $4M Campaign for the Future goal to create and maintain housing for the homeless and working poor in and around Morris County. Thanks to 25 generous donors, including the William E. Simon Foundation, the Boye Family Foundation, and the United Way of Morris County, we have reached the $3.1M mark. This means that the additional funds we raise and the challenge grant will boost us beyond our campaign goal!
Please contribute today and help us to:
• Construct affordable housing on Abbett Avenue in Morristown,
• Advance the development, renovation, and acquisition of low income housing throughout our community,
• Ensure the replacement of major equipment and facility renovations, and
• Secure HSI’s future operations.
Together we can make a lasting difference in the lives of the most vulnerable in our area. Call Pam Palumbo, Director of Development, at 973.993.0833 to find out how you can help. |
